It is believed that this is one of the grimoires that belonged to "Irinna the Wise". One can find some entries along its pages presumably in Irinna's own handwriting, but the spellbook is still empty, ready to be filled with your thoughts or spells. It is rumored that Irinna has trapped a real dragon in the covers, thus this one is known as one of "Irinna's Dragons"!

Inspiration:
Irinna was a young, very talented witch - and also my daughter! She was a natural storyteller, magic scholar and fantasy lover. She was known by her detailed journals, her stories and her great affinity to dragons! At the age of 14, she crossed the bridge and hopefully moved to one of her own worlds. I am sure that she is now riding her dragon, casting her spells to all who deserve her wrath and helping everyone who needs help! This dragon, was the cover of one of her journals. I am sure that she appreciates, having her own Dragon Line, made by her Mom.

Details:
The artwork on the covers gives the impression of a very old book that is almost ruined after being left in a damp place for centuries. The focal point is Celtic Dragon. The finish has been made with several layers of ecological varnishes, to protect the artwork and ensure the vitality of colors for many years to come. The corners of the front cover are protected by metal corners and the book closes with a copper chain with a skull charm.

The spine is a very soft golden man made leather, treated with patinas to achieve a worn look. It has a detachable charm with a golden dragon.

This journal has 102 pages (counting both sides). I have used a high quality recycled paper of 240 gsm, in a very beautiful creamy tone, alternated with printed parchment, black cardstock, burlap and design paper. The edges of the pages are painstakingly torn by hand, one by one, to add to the "magical" feeling of the journal. They are also hand stamped, painted, distressed and decorated by me. All papers are acid free, chlorine free and suitable for photos.

It is a perfect gift for journalers, magic and fantasy lovers, writers and people who love books. It can be used as a sketchbook, an art journal, a notebook, a spell book , a diary, a heirloom book or for every occasion a special book is needed.
